Please note, all tuition fees for each month are due at the time of the first lesson.  Please have a check payable to Saunders Music Academy.  If arrangements are not made to pay all fees at the first lesson of each month, the lesson will be cancelled until all fees are paid, however, no makeup lessons will be offered and all previously scheduled lessons will be charged at full price.

SCHEDULING

The Saunders Music Academy has seen significant growth and we have a limited number of lesson spots available.  To ensure a time slot, please schedule lessons as soon as possible.  It is important that all students show up at least 5 minutes before their scheduled lesson to ensure we get the most out of our lessons and stick with the schedule.  It is very important to be respectful to the student before the scheduled lesson.  Please keep all conversations low.

CANCELLATIONS

If a lesson must be cancelled, please contact one of the teachers at least 24-hours in advance of the scheduled lesson.  That lesson will then be rescheduled to a later date or a credit will be put on their account.

All other missed lessons will not be refunded or credited.

MAKE-UP LESSONS
Alongside the success of having a quality music lessons program comes the necessity to define a make-up policy.  Due to the number of students enrolled, it is sometimes not physically possible to for the teacher or student to make up all lessons missed.  If a lesson cannot be made up, a credit will be placed on the student’s account to be used for later lessons.
